This service provides focused troubleshooting for network issues.
No long-term contracts: Pay-as-you-go or per-incident.
No direct system access: I don’t need your VPN or admin credentials.
Collaborative support: All work is conducted via Teams, Slack, or Zoom to guide your on-site team.
Scope
- Identify the cause of network issues
- Analyze configurations and traffic behavior
- Provide clear instructions for verification and correction
This service is limited to analysis and guidance.

- Firewall (FortiGate, etc.)
- VPN (IPsec)
- Routing / VLAN
- Wi-Fi issues
- Packet analysis (Wireshark)
Communication and Access Policy
- Configuration is performed via Teams / Slack communication
- Commands and settings are exchanged as text (copy & paste)
- No direct access to CLI or GUI is performed
This avoids unintended changes and keeps all operations visible.
Packet Analysis
- Wireshark capture files may be requested
- Analysis is performed offline
- Results are explained with concrete next steps
Pricing
- Diagnosis Fee: €50
- Per Incident: €100 – €250
- Optional Success Bonus: €50 – €150
No hourly billing.
Pricing is based on the issue, not time spent.
If no useful insight is provided, a partial refund may be applied.

- Japan Standard Time (UTC+9)
- Response within 24 hours
