- Calculates subnet ranges.
- Prevents mistakes caused by manual calculation and brings objectivity to team-based cross-checks.
– winsot
- Captures screen snapshots at intervals of at least one second and saves them automatically.
- Useful for continuously recording control screens from various applications.
- We primarily use it for Wi-Fi measurement and monitoring.
- Captured images are compiled into files using PowerPoint macros.
- Playback can be controlled freely with cursor keys (“forward” / “back”), and the sequence can also be converted into MP4.

- In some cases, information such as a “list of risky IP addresses” is only obtainable via a GUI.
- Snapshots are taken while scrolling through the interface, then processed with OCR.
- As this falls into a gray area, the source code is not disclosed.
IPSENDWIN
It was convenient for sending and receiving packets with arbitrary MAC addresses and for crafting Layer-7 payloads. However, it appears the API signature has become invalid, and it can no longer be installed at present. It may still work on older versions of Windows.
Tacacs.net
Port forwarding on the PC side is required. It took some time before it became usable.
WinMerge (command-line operation)
Using command-line options, it is possible to perform high-speed comparisons of large numbers of files and obtain results efficiently.
Failure Cases Observed in the Field
- On Cisco devices, the default configuration may sometimes appear as follows:

- In this state, CLI access over the network is denied.
